Alden has been producing Made in USA footwear for well over a century now. An icon of American footwear, Alden was founded in 1884 by Charles H Alden in Massachusetts and remains there to this day. 

The 5735F Unlined Penny Loafer from Alden is a re-working of one of their most popular & iconic styles. Made expressly for us here at Clutch, Alden's 5735F Penny Loafer is an effortless style that can be both dressed up or down. 

Cut from a rich snuff suede, the 5735F is built on Alden's signature 'Van' last, whilst goodyear welted construction and leather sole complete the authentic details. A close consort to the Leisure Handsewn Loafer but features a machine sewn toe box. 

The Alden 5735F is built on the 'Van' last, with a D width fitting. The Van last tends to run large so we suggest taking a half or full size down from your usual shoe size.
