The Maine Guide Ox from Yuketen is based on a New England Hiking boot worn by early wilderness guides. This version is constructed from a flesh-out leather handmade in Yuketen's main factory in Maine using Opera’s Full Grain Flesh-Out Leather tanned in Toscana, Italy as well as using Horween's full grain chromexcel pull up leather, tanned in Chicago. 

This style features multiple layers of leather, hand-stitched together for a moulded fit, Cowhide leather laces and an oil resisting, Italian made Cortina lug sole.
